She later transitioned into creative leadership, progressing into retail and brand leadership, including founding Levine Luxury Branding, where she helped market and grow businesses for manufacturers, jewelry designers, and fine retailers. Her deep understanding of the customer journey, combined with a refined aesthetic, has made her a trusted name in luxury design and brand marketing.

In addition to her professional practice, Pam has taught jewelry design and benchwork at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), and continues to support the next generation of designers through her longstanding role on the MAD About Jewelry committee at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York.
